Khordha, Mar 20: Vigilance sleuths on Wednesday caught Khordha block's junior engineer Sangita Mohapatra while taking a bribe from a contractor today. 

Mohapatra was taking Rs 50,000 from a contactor, Sisir Mangaraj, for road work in Naranagada panchayat.  

Acting on a complaint filed by the contractor, a team of Vigilance officers rose to action and caught the Junior Engineer red-handed. She is being interrogated and will be forwarded to court later, sources said quoting the Vigilance .
