The move came after victim’s father accused the ASI of ignoring prior complaints and failing to act on threats his daughter faced.
Kendrapara, Aug 7: To ensure an impartial investigation into the self-immolation case of 21-year-old student, Kendrapara Superintendent of Police Siddharth Kataria transferred Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Sailendra Narayan Palai to the district headquarters.
