Berhampur, May 14: BJP Lok Sabha candidate from Berhampur Pradeep Panigrahy was shifted to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar given his critical condition today.
Sources said Panigrahy has been shifted as his ribs and lungs have been affected in Shibashankar Das' attack. He needs more treatment.
Panigrahy was admitted to the MKCG Medical College and Hospital soon after he was attacked by Das, an independent candidate from Berhampur Assembly constituency, last evening.

✨Panigrahy and Das entered into heated arguments before a booth at Goshani Nuagaon during which Das attacked Panigrahy. He was rushed to the MKCG Medical College Hospital soon.
