Bhadrak, Feb 1: A human skeleton was reportedly recovered from a jungle near the RMC Market on Bhadrak-Chandbali road here this morning. 

The Old Bazaar police have recovered the body and started an investigation with a scientific team. 

According to the information, some locals first saw the body while cleaning the ground for some purpose. Seeing a human skeleton lying there, they informed the police. Besides the skeleton, a bag, a pair of dresses, and a pair of chapal were found nearby. A rope was also found hanging from a tree nearby. 

The police have registered an unnatural death case and are trying to establish the identity of the deceased person.
