The districts include Bargarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, and Cuttack.
Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are expected in many areas, with wind speeds predicted to reach 30 to 35 km/h. Meteorologists attribute this development to the cyclonic system influencing the upper atmospheric conditions in the region.
