Bhubaneswar, Aug 12: The Regional Meteorological Department issued a yellow warning for heavy rain in 18 districts of Odisha in next 24 hours i.e on Tuesday.

Several parts in Odisha are very likely to witness heavy to very heavy rainfall tomorrow.

The regional weather office has issued yellow warning for heavy rainfall for 18 districts- Bhadrak, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Angul, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Subarnapur, Balangir, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur and Koraput.

For August 14, Regional Weather office has issued yellow warning for Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Balasore districts.

While there is no alert for rainfall today, the downpours are likely to increase on 14 August, informed Meteorological department.
