Puri, Dec 20: A devotee from Gujarat donated two golden 'chitas' Worth Over Rs 75 Lakh weighing about 1.75 Kg  to Holy Trinity in Puri Jagannath temple.

Chirag Chinubhai Patel handed over the ornaments to Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) officials.

Besides the golden ‘chitas’, Patel also donated three silver crowns(Mukuts) of worth one lakh rupees for Lord Narayan and Lord Sakhigopal worshipped in Srimandir.

The gold and silver ornaments were crafted by some special goldsmiths from Gujarat as per the specific measurements provided by the SJTA, a servitor of the temple said.
