Balasore, Jan 9: A group fight in the Balasore unit of Biju Janata Dal seems to have mounted with women activists moving on a rally to gherao the Sahdev police station to protest police inaction in 'misbehaviour to lady Councillor's case'.
Reportedly, a woman Councillor was misbehaved by a group of local leaders during the recent visit of 5-T Chairman VK Pandian. Though the Councillor complained to the police, the latter was yet to take any action.
"We are moving to gherao the police station to seek justice," said agitating activists.

✨According to the complaint, MLA Swarup Das' representative Manoj Rout, Satyaranjan Das, Sheikh Ayub, and BJD Media Cell convenor Dhiren Nayak misbehaved with the lady Councillor.
