Puri, Jan 19: The much-celebrated Golden Bow, crafted with immense devotion and artistry, has reached Puri on Sunday after being displayed in Bhubaneswar.

The bow, weighing 280 kilograms and made of five metals — gold, silver, copper, iron, and zinc — was constructed by the Rourkela-based Sanatan Jagaran Manch.

After touring 30 districts across Odisha, the bow arrived at the Uttarpaarshwa Math in Puri late last night. From here, it will circumambulate the sacred precincts of the Jagannath Temple before embarking on a grand procession towards Ayodhya. The event is expected to draw thousands of devotees, saints, and spiritual leaders.

The Shree Mandir Sevayat Sangha has appealed to servitors, mahants, saints, and devotees to participate in the procession, which symbolizes devotion and cultural unity. The bow’s journey is seen as a spiritual offering to Lord Ram in Ayodhya, where it will be part of upcoming celebrations.
