Titlagarh, Jul 10: In a major crackdown on narcotics smuggling, authorities on Thursday seized over 35 kilograms of ganja from Titlagarh Railway Station and arrested three persons in connection with the case.
The accused have been identified as Bijay Bag from Tahanasir village under Kesinga police limits, Saste Bag from Boringpadar, Biren Raiksa from Dhiramarpara under Raxa police station in Uttar Pradesh.

The seized ganja is estimated to be worth Rs 3.55 lakh, according to Excise Officer Ashish Behera.
The accused were allegedly preparing to transport the ganja via train when officials intercepted them. Legal proceedings under the NDPS Act have been initiated, and further investigation is underway to trace the supply chain.
