Four Workers Die In Septic Tank Mishap In Odisha’s Nabarangpur

Nabarangpur, June 3: At least four people died after they fell into a septic tank while dismantling its roof. The devastating accident took place in Odisha’s Nabarangpur district.

The deceased were identified as M Santu, Amir Khura (27), Trilochan Bhatara (20), and Lalu Rana Kamara (30).

According to reports, the victims had reached one Mohan Nag's residence in Padalaguda for some construction work. They were dismantling the roof when they accidentally fell into the tank.

On being informed, Fire department personnel rushed to the scene and managed to retrieve the victims. They were immediately rushed to district headquarters hospital in Nabarangpur but were declared dead by doctors.

Following the tragedy, local police have arrived the scene and launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
