Nayagarh, July 25: In a shocking incident, a man has allegedly killed his minor daughter and later himself in Odisha's Nayagarh District.
The deceased Father-Daughter duo has been identified as Pulak Biswal and Palak Biswal.
The bodies of the man and his daughter were found in a closed house in Lane number 4 of Debotarra colony in Nayagarh city.
According to the information, the man had allegedly poisoned his daughter to death and then hung himself. Pulak had also got married for the second time three months ago after the death of his first wife.
However, when the second wife has gone to her maternal house the man took this shocking step. The second wife on returning, repeatedly banged on the door but her calls went unanswered. Finding something to be suspicious she informed the police.

✨In the presence of the local magistrate, Nayagarh town police broke into the house and found the bodies of Father-Daughter duo.
The police has recovered the bodies and sent them for postmortem.
