Bhubaneswar, Mar 30: Former BJD MLA and general secretary Priyadarshi Mishra joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday, ahead of the general elections.

Mishra, joined the BJP at the state party in the presence of party Odisha unit chief Manmohan Samal, party Odisha election in-charge Vijay Pal Singh Tomar, Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi & other senior leaders.

Priyadarshi Mishra, who was MLA between 2014 and 2019, resigned from the primary membership of the State ruling party.
