Elections 2024: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Casts Vote In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, May 25: Union Minister and BJP candidate from Sambalpur Lok Sabha seat, Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday cast his vote at a polling station here for the sixth phase of Lok Sabha Elections and the third phase of Odisha Assembly elections.
Pradhan was accompanied by his wife Mridula Pradhan and BJP MLA candidate from Bhubaneswar North Assembly constituency, Priyadarshi Mishra as they exercised their franchise.
The Union Minister also showed his inked finger after casting his vote.
Pradhan also urged all the voters, especially youth and women voters to come out and vote in large numbers.
"Every vote is important in democracy. Let everyone vote and strengthen our democracy. I especially request youth and women voters to vote in large numbers," Pradhan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Polling is underway at 10,551 polling booths in six Lok Sabha constituencies - Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Puri and Bhubaneswar- and 42 assembly segments under these constituencies for the third phase of polling in Odisha.
A total of 64 candidates are in the fray for the six Lok Sabha seats while 383 candidates are contesting for 42 assembly segments.
