Kamakhyanagar, Sept 2: An elderly man was trampled to death by a wild elephant at Nuagaon village under Hindol Forest Region in Dhenkanal district.
The deceased has been identified as Sansar Gadnayak.
According to reports, the victim was reportedly sitting near the village mandap when the wild elephant charged at him, resulting in his death on the spot.
