Bhubaneswar, Nov 2: The East Coast Railway has announced the cancellation of several train services owing to safety-related modernisation works being undertaken in the Chakradharpur Division, officials said on Monday.

Railway authorities said the temporary cancellations are necessary to facilitate the safe and smooth execution of infrastructure and signalling upgrade works.

Passengers have been advised to take note of the changes while planning their journeys and check the latest train running status before commencing travel.
