Bhubaneswar, Apr 5: As per the order of Election Commission of India on Friday, Arindam Dakua has been appointed as Cuttack Collector and Anupam Saha posted as Jagatsinghpur Collector.
Earlier, the ECI had ordered the transfer of Cuttack Collector Vineet Bharadwaj and Jagatsinghpur Collector Parul Patwari.
