Bhubaneswar, July 12: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday addressed the 14th graduation ceremony of the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) in Bhubaneswar, delivering a message of inspiration and national commitment to the fresh graduates of the institution.

In a post on X, Pradhan expressed his delight at interacting with “some of the brightest academic minds of our nation,” emphasizing that their pursuit of knowledge will shape the future of research, innovation, and national progress.
The Minister highlighted the achievements of the Modi government, noting that India has witnessed cross-sectoral growth and that Prime Minister Narendra Modi places immense trust in the capabilities of the youth.

✨Pradhan encouraged the graduates to embrace the spirit of India’s freedom fighters and dedicate themselves to realizing national priorities, including the vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India). He urged them to step beyond their comfort zones and remain guided by inquiry, courage, and conviction.
The ceremony, held at Pathani Samanta Auditorium, was attended by dignitaries including Prof. Ajit K. Mohanty, Secretary of the Department of Atomic Energy and Chairman of NISER’s Board of Governors. The event also marked the inauguration of the National Centre for Animal Research and Experimentation (NCARE), a state-of-the-art facility aimed at advancing biomedical research.
With over 150 students graduating, the event celebrated academic excellence and reinforced the government’s commitment to quality education and youth empowerment.
