Pradhan, on his way back to Bhubaneswar, intervened
immediately after witnessing schoolchildren attempting a dangerous crossing of
the busy highway. He spoke with the District Collector, urging the construction
of an overbridge at Nuahata Chhak to provide safe passage for pedestrians.
