It will work on streamlining access to benefits, improving infrastructure, and enhancing governance efforts to counter claims by neighboring Andhra Pradesh.

Odisha has long emphasised its rights over Kotia, taking steps to strengthen Odia culture, literature, traditions, and language in the region. This latest initiative underscores its commitment to territorial integrity and socio-economic progress for Kotia’s residents.
