Bhubaneswar, Jan 30: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday predicted that dense fog conditions are likely to continue to prevail over several districts in Odisha during the next two days. It issued a yellow warning for dense fog over many districts during the period.

In it's latest bulletin, the IMD said, " Dense fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Kandhamal, Koraput, Rayagada, Mayurbhanj till 8.30 am on Wednesday. A yellow warning has been issued for these districts during the period.

Similarly, the weathermen issued a yellow alert for dense fog over the districts of Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Sonepur, Balangir, Dhenkanal, Angul, Jajpur, Balasore, Cuttack, Boudh and Kalahandi from 8.30 am on Wednesday to 8.30 am on Thursday.

There will be no large change in minimum temperature (night temperature) during next 4-5 days at many places in the State, the bulletin added.
