Bhubaneswar, Feb 4: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday predicted dense fog over several districts in Odisha during next two days. It issued a yellow weather warning for many places for the next 48 hours.
According to the IMD's latest bulletin, dense fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Nayagarh, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Puri, Khurda, Ganjam, Sundargarh, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj till 8.30 AM on Monday. It issued yellow alert for these districts during the period.
Similarly, a yellow warning of dense fog has been issued for isolated places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Angul, Dhenkanal, Boudh, Nayagarh, Khurda and Puri from 8.30 AM on Monday to 8.30 AM on Tuesday.
