Bhubaneswar, Jan 28: Dense to very dense fog enveloped many places in Odisha including the State Capital on Tuesday morning, disrupting traffic movement.
As per reports, dense fog was observed at many coastal districts as well as several interior parts of the State from 4.30 am onwards, with visibility at around 20 to 30 metres.
In Bhubaneswar, dense fog engulfed Bomikal, Rasulgarh and Palasuni area. The people of the State Capital found difficulties to reach their destinations as visibility in many places falling to around 20 metres.
Vehicular movement was affected in many places, particularly on NH-16 Bhubaneswar-Cuttack road, because of the dip in visibility this morning. Likewise, the morning walkers, street vendors, students, officials and several others were affected due to the reduced visibilities in the morning.

✨The Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar today issued a yellow warning for dense fog over the districts of Bhadrak, Jajpur, Cuttack, Khordha, Angul, Dhenkanal, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, and Keonjhar.
The
weathermen also issued a yellow alert for dense fog over the districts of Balasore,
Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh,
Ganjam, Gajapati, Angul, Dhenkanal and Keonjhar on Wednesday.
