Bhubaneswar, Feb 22: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will be on a one-day visit to Odisha today ahead of the general elections 2024 and will grace slew of events.

Union Minister will attend BJP's various party events and public meetings in Nabarangpur, Berhampur and Baripada. 

During his visit, Union Minister Singh will give 'Guru Mantra' to the party workers for the ensuing general elections 2024.

According to the information, Rajnath Singh will reach Nabarangpur by a special helicopter from Jagdalpur Airport in Bastar district of Chhattisgarh at 10.50 am.

The Union Minister is scheduled to attend the BJP core committee meeting from 11 am to 12 noon in Nabarangpur.

After this, the Union Defence Minister will go to Jagdalpur Airport and from there he will leave for Berhampur by a special helicopter. 

Rajnath Singh will arrive at Rangaelunda air-strip in Berhampur at 1:30 pm and at around 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm, he will address a Executive members meeting in Berhampur. 

After this, the Union Defence Minister will  leave for Mayurbhanj by a special helicopter from Rangaelunda Air-strip at 3 pm. 

Rajnath Singh will arrive at Amarda air-strip in Mayurbhanj district at 3:30 pm and there also he is scheduled to attend Executve members meeting  from 4 pm to 5 pm.

After attending various programme in three districts of the state, Union Minister Rajnath Singh will leave for Delhi by a special helicopter from Amarda Air -strip in Mayurbhanj district at around 5:30 pm.
