Cuttack, Jun 17: After suspected cholera outbreak in Jajpur district, Cuttack is now facing an alarming rise in diarrhoea outbreak cases, prompting health officials to take swift action.
According to reports, multiple patients have been admitted to hospitals across different regions.
So far, 26 people in Jhinjiria, 40 in Banki Gholapur, 17 in Sapa Panchayat (Tangi Block), and 30 in Mahanga have been affected by the illness. Meanwhile, in Badamba Narasinghpur, an entire family suffered from the infection, tragically leading to the death of one woman.
