Keonjhar, May 31: In a tragic incident, the bodies of a young couple were found hanging from a tree in a forest near Yogel Patas in Padmapur Panchayat, under the jurisdiction of Keonjhar Sadar Police Station.

The deceased have been identified as 17-year-old Raibu Munda and his wife, Gauri Munda.

According to reports, the couple had a heated argument the previous day. Later that night, they reportedly left their five-month-old daughter behind and took their own lives using a saree tied to a tree.

Upon receiving information, local police arrived at the scene, recovered the bodies, and have commenced an investigation into the matter.
