Phulbani, Dec 7: Conjoined twins survivor Jaga sustained injuries as a miscreant allegedly attacked him and his father Bhuyan Kanhara when they were having a walk on the premises of Phulbani District Headquarters Hospital.
A youth allegedly abused and thrashed Bhuyan on November 27 when he along with his son Jaga were having a walk on the premises of Phulbani District Headquarters Hospital. When Jaga cried after the incident, the youth also allegedly manhandled him. As a result, Jaga fell down and sustained injuries.
Following the incident, Jaga was immediately admitted in the hospital where a CT scan was done. Jaga’s condition is stated to be stable now.

✨Bhuyan has lodged a complaint in this connection at Phulbani Town Police Station. However, as per Bhuyan, no action has been taken against the accused.
No reaction from the IIC of Phulbani Town Police Station and the medical authorities could be obtained in this regard.
