Bhubaneswar, Nov 15: The Odisha capital witnessed a dip in temperature on Saturday morning, with the mercury dropping to 15°C at 5:30 AM.
This marks a further drop from Friday's 16 degrees, confirming a significant dip in the winter chill.
While Bhubaneswar shivered at 15°C this morning, Rourkela emerged as the coldest among major urban centers in Odisha, recording a low of 14°C. Cuttack and Puri both recorded 19 degrees Celsius. Berhampur is slightly warmer at 21°C, with an 8.3 kmph North-Northwest wind.

hover around the 15-16 degree mark for the next 48 hours, offering no immediate
respite from the winter conditions, said the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
