Nine cities have already recorded temperatures below 15°C, including Daringbadi, Phulbani, Bhadrak, Koraput, Angul, and Balangir. Bhawanipatna and Titilagarh are also nearing the 15°C mark. The cold wave is expected to intensify, with 28 locations across the state reporting lower night temperatures.

The weather department predicts dry conditions across Odisha until November 10, with further drops in both day and night temperatures. Residents in southern and coastal areas may begin to feel the chill more distinctly.
