Snake helpline members rescued the two snakes.
According to the information, the cobra was trapped in the joint of two iron plates. One-third of the snake's body was seen above the joint. It was facing difficulties in moving out of the joint trap.

✨Seeing this, the BPIA authorities called for the Snake Helpline. Subhendu Mallick, the general secretary of the Snake Helpline, reached the spot and rescued the venomous reptile, which measured 3.5 ft in length.
Later, Mallick released the snake into a jungle outside the city.
