Bhubaneswar, Jul 8: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday extended heartfelt wishes to the people of Odisha on the auspicious occasion of Niladri Bije and Rasagola Dibasa.
