Bhubaneswar, Aug 17: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida and several other leaders extended heartfelt wishes for the speedy recovery of Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik, who is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital.

Taking to his official X handle, CM Majhi posted: “I came to know about the illness of the opposition leader, Honourable @Naveen_Odisha. I pray to Lord Shri Jagannath for his speedy recovery and good health.”

Pradhan also took to his X handle and wrote: "I came to know that the former Chief Minister of Odisha, opposition leader @Naveen_Odisha is unwell. I pray to Lord Shri Jagannath for his good health and speedy recovery."

“Got to know about the illness of the opposition leader Shri @Naveen_Odisha. I pray to Lord Shri Jagannath for his good health and speedy recovery,” tweeted Deputy Chief Minister Parida.

It is worth mentioning, Patnaik was admitted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar this evening after he complained of uneasiness.

While the health condition of the former CM is stated to be stable now, medical experts are closely monitoring his recovery.
