Jajpur, Jun 11: The death toll from an outbreak of cholera in Jajpur district rose to three with one more fatality on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Anil Singh (30), a resident of Hajara Sahi village in Khairabad Panchayat.

According to reports, Singh was initially admitted to the Jajpur District Headquarters Hospital after experiencing severe symptoms. Later, he was shifted to Cuttack after his condition deteriorated, where he was declared dead on arrival.

This latest death brings the total fatalities from the outbreak to three, following the deaths of two individuals yesterday.
