Ganjam, Aug 31: The death toll in the hooch tragedy in Ganjam district rose to three, with one more person succumbing to spurious liquor consumption while undergoing treatment at MKCG hospital in Berhampur, Saturday.
As per reports, four more patients are currently undergoing treatment in the hospital.

Earlier, two persons had died after consuming the spurious liquor.

So far, out of the 20 people who fell ill after consuming the spurious liquor, three have died, and four are still undergoing treatment. The others have been discharged from the hospital after recovery.
