The two accused persons, identified as, Sahil Mohammad and Jahangir Mohammad, hailing from Balasore district, have been arrested in connection with the case.
Acting on reliable inputs, the SCU had been monitoring suspicious activities involving the supply of brown sugar in Bhubaneswar. A comprehensive trap was laid after careful surveillance, targeting individuals transporting illegal narcotics to the city.
Reports indicate that these two suspects were attempting to deliver a significant consignment.
