Bolangir, Dec 4: In a tragic incident, a medical student of Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital died after falling ill here on Monday.
The deceased student has been identified as Srikanta Mahanadia.
Srikanta was a final year student in the college.
He was a resident of Madhapur under Athamallick block in Angul district.
According to information, last night Srikant suddenly felt ill after which he was rushed to hospital at near about 12:00 AM.

✨Reportedly, last night final year students organised a feast in which Srikant took part.
However, the cause of the death is yet to be ascertained.
On being informed, local police reached the spot and started investigations into the matter.
