"BJD's Expiry Date June 4' Looks Prominent As Counting Trend Moves In BJP's Favour

Key Points

"The BJD government's expiry date is 4, the name of the BJP's CM candidate will be declared on June 6 and the BJP government will be sworn in on June 10. I have come to invite you all."

Bhubaneswar, Jun 4: "The BJD government's expiry date is 4, the name of the BJP's CM candidate will be declared on June 6 and the BJP government will be sworn in on June 10. I have come to invite you all."

This assertion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, made at a meeting in Berhampur, is very likely to be written in the golden history of Odisha's electoral politics with the BJP leading ahead of the regional party in the result trend by 11 am.

Out of 125 seats in trend, the BJP was leading in 63, while the BJD and the Congress were ahead in 46 and 12 seats, respectively.
