Bike Catches Fire In Bargarh; Rider Narrowly Escapes

Bargarh, Aug 5: A bike rider had a narrow escape in Odisha’s Bargarh district on Tuesday after his Pulsar motorcycle suddenly caught fire due to a suspected short circuit.
According to sources, the incident occurred near Sahu Tikra Chhak on the Bheden Road at around 4 PM when the rider was enroute from Bargarh to Bheden.
The motorcycle reportedly began emitting smoke and quickly caught fire. Reacting swiftly, the rider got down from the bike safely and attempted to douse the flames, taking a bucket of water from the nearby hotel. However, he didn’t succeed in dousing the flame.

✨After getting information, Fire services personnel rushed to the spot and managed to bring the fire under control. By that time, the bike was reduced to ashes.
Local residents gathered at the site, expressing concern over the increasing frequency of vehicle-related fire incidents.
On being informed, local police reached the spot and started an investigation into the incident.
