The Dharmasala police apprehended the student leader on a complaint filed against him by the MLA's supporters.
After registering a case, the police lifted Biswal from his house at Badamangalpur village under the Dharmasala police station limits this morning. After interrogating him in detention, the police arrested and forwarded him to the court.
