Bhubaneswar, Sept 1: An illicit wildlife trading link has been exposed as the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) conducted raids Saturday night.

The raid is termed as a big one considering the products as well as see animals being recovered from the place.

One of the biggest recoveries was a ring, made of Pangolin (Bajrakapta) scales. Pangolins are also known as scaly anteaters.

Among other recovered things are body parts of a crocodile of rare species, sea gems, musks of musk deers, rare snails as well as other sea animals.

Investigation is underway on how they got their hands on these things and from when they are involved in this illegal activities and business.
