Berhmapur, Feb 19: A decomposed body of a man was found from an under-construction building near MKCG Medical College and Hospital (MCH) here in Ganjam district on Monday. 

According to the sources, the dead body was spotted when it let out a foul smell. The building was in front of the PG gents' hostel canteen in the MKCG MCH campus.
