Bhubaneswar, Apr 24: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA), in collaboration with CARE Hospitals, organised a free health camp for its employees at the BDA office in Bhubaneswar on April 24.
The initiative focused on promoting employee well-being through preventive healthcare, offering a range of basic medical check-ups, including blood pressure measurement, random blood sugar tests, ECG examinations, and eye screenings. Alongside diagnostics, a team of doctors provided free consultations and medical advice to staff.
Speaking on the occasion, BDA Vice Chairman Chanchal Rana said the camp was part of ongoing efforts to prioritise employee welfare. He added that similar initiatives would be organised in the future to encourage regular health monitoring.
The medical team from CARE Hospitals included Dr. Bikram Keshari Mohapatra (Cardiology), Dr. Dillip Mohanty (Gastroenterology), and Dr. Adyasha Nanda (Medicine), with support from Marketing Head Dr. Lokanath Dash.
The programme was coordinated by Additional Commissioner (Admin) Snigdha Rani Dhal, ensuring smooth execution and active participation from employees.
