Patient at Fakir Mohan Medical College suffers severe complications post-surgery, with fecal and urinary leakage from the stitched area.

Family alleges wrong operation or surgical negligence, leading to ICU admission. Hospital may initiate internal inquiry, while calls for accountability grow louder.

Balasore, Jul 12: A disturbing case of alleged medical negligence has emerged from Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital in Balasore, where a patient’s condition reportedly deteriorated severely following a routine surgery.

According to the patient’s family, the individual underwent a normal operation, but soon after, began experiencing severe complications. Shockingly, fecal matter and urine began leaking from the stitched surgical site, prompting immediate concern and emergency medical attention.
