Balasore, Nov 6: Allegations against Headmaster Gobinda Charan Jena for misbehaving a girl of Standard 8 has come to the fore. The incident has happened in Chandipur Mundabania Government Nodal Upper Primary School under Kakhada Gram Panchayat in Bhogarai block of Balasore district.
The villagers have thrashed the Headmaster after receiving information. The accused tried to escape the place on being queried about the matter.
The angered residents reacted to it and detained the Headmaster. But the accused managed to flee the school premises.
