Malkangiri, Feb 21: Police arrested and court-forwarded an AYUSH doctor on the charge of keeping a physical relationship with a girl after falsely promising to marry her in the Motu area in Malakangiri district.
The matter came to the fore after the victim complained to the police in this regard. She approached the police getting to know that the doctor was set to marry another girl after betraying her.
Acting on her complaint, a team led by Malkangiri police station IIC Regan Kindo conducted an investigation. During the investigation, the team went to Sambalpur and brought him to Malkangiri.
