Bhubaneswar, July 22: Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan Monday said the Archeological Survey of India (ASI) will inspect the Bhitra Ratna Bandhar in the coming one to two days and further action will be taken.
"All articles have been shifted from Ratna Bhandar to the temporary treasury room. The ASI will inspect the Ratna Bhandar in one to two days. Then, the ASI will prepare a schedule to repair the structure, if any. The government will approve the schedule following which work will begin," said Harichandan.
The Minister said the requirement of laser scanning would be known only after the inspection.

✨Notably, ornaments and valuables from outer and inner Ratna Bhandar were shifted to the temporary strong room on July 14 and 18, respectively. After the repair of Ratna Bhandar, weighing and counting work will be done. Gajapati Maharaja had stated this on July 18.
