Cuttack, Feb 8: Actor-turned MP Anubhav Mohanty and Varsha Priyadarshini are now legally separated with the divorce petition filed by Mohanty disposed of in his favour.
"The Judgement dated 22.09.23 passed by judge family court Cuttack in CP No.246 of 2021 is reversed in appeal. This court hold ground under clause (1-a) under Sub-Section (1) in Section of the Act proved by appellant-husband. In the premises, the marriage solemnized on 14 February 2014 is dissolved by the divorce decree, hereby granted," read an order copy of the court.
Mohanty posted this in his 'X' account. He termed the marriage as 'false'
