Cuttack, Sep 16: Renowned Ollywood actor Buddhaditya Mohanty has been admitted to a private hospital in the CDA area of Cuttack after suffering from a chronic lung infection.

The actor, known for his powerful performances in Odia cinema and Hindi television, shared an audio message confirming his health condition and treatment.

In the message, Buddhaditya revealed that he had been unwell for the past five days, experiencing high fever and persistent coughing. Initially, he opted for home treatment, including steroids and nebulization. However, his condition worsened, prompting hospitalization on Monday.

Doctors from the Pulmonary Medicine Department are currently treating him, and a CT scan has confirmed a chronic lung infection. While his condition is stable, he remains under close medical supervision.
