Cuttack, Nov 29: The most-awaited Baliyatra 2023 has begun and the second day witnessed the Sambalpuri dance performance by the slum children. The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) has given the slum kids an opportunity to exhibit their dance moves in the Baishnab Pani stage in the second evening of the cultural programme.
The Council has provided all kinds of support to the slum children starting from choosing the dancers to enrolling them in dance academy at Kala Bikash Kendra.
The students have trained hard for a month for the dance performance thus presenting a power packed performance.
