Bhubaneswar, Feb 4: A team of the 16th Finance Commission arrived in Bhubaneswar today on a four-day visit to Odisha.
The 15-member delegation led by Dr Arvind Panagariya arrived in Bhubaneswar.
The members of the commission will visit Khandagiri and Udayagiri today. They are scheduled to visit Puri tomorrow to have darshan of Lord Jagannath. Besides, they will visit the Sun Temple at Konark.

The commission will have a meeting with the Chief Minister and senior officials of the state government on May 6. On the same day, a joint press conference of the Finance Commission and the Chief Minister will be held.
